Highly self-motivated, creative, and able to flourish in a dynamic work environment.Outstanding skills in communicating complex technical issues, both verbally and in written form.Understanding of the DoD or equivalent environment acquisition lifecycle, activities, timeline, best practices, policies, dependencies, and interrelationships associated with DoDI 5000.02.8 or more years of scheduling experience in DoD or related industry environment.To be successful in this role, you will have: Perform a Schedule Health Assessment (SHA).Perform/present critical and driving path analysis and products of your own and other schedules.Support cost analysis by providing the time and duration of activities.Participate in risk analysis and reflect impacts and mitigations in schedules.Evaluate/contrast alternative schedules and present to others.Develop and maintain individual or integrated schedules in accordance with documented standards.This position is remote, but requires 20% travel to Serco offices/Customer sites.
